- SkillBite منصة لإدارة التدريب التشغيلي، الدورات، الاختبارات، قوائم SOP، والتقارير.
- مالك المنشأة مسؤول عن صحة بيانات موظفيه والمحتوى التدريبي الذي يرفعه أو ينشره.
الاستخدام المقبول
- يجب عدم استخدام المنصة لنشر محتوى غير قانوني أو ضار أو مخالف لحقوق الآخرين.
- يحظر مشاركة بيانات الدخول أو محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات منشآت أو مستخدمين آخرين.
التوفر والتغييرات
- قد يتم إيقاف الخدمة مؤقتا للصيانة أو المعالجة الفنية أو عند انتهاء الاشتراك.
- قد يتم تحديث هذه الشروط عند إضافة مزايا أو متطلبات تشغيلية جديدة.
Data processing agreement
- For business customer employee and training data, the customer is the controller and SkillBite acts as processor, except where SkillBite independently processes data for account administration, security, legal compliance, service analytics, or fraud prevention.
- SkillBite processes personal data only to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service, and according to the customer instructions reflected in these terms and the customer account configuration.
- Personal data may include account details, business information, employee names, email addresses, job titles, training assignments, course progress, assessment results, certificates, chat or support content, uploaded training materials, device identifiers, push notification tokens, audit records, and technical logs.
- SkillBite uses appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted transport, password hashing, secret management, monitoring, backups, and tenant-aware application controls.
- SkillBite may use subprocessors for hosting, storage, email delivery, monitoring, push notifications, backup, and security. SkillBite remains responsible for subprocessors used to provide the service and requires appropriate data protection obligations from them.
- After becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting customer data, SkillBite will notify the affected customer without undue delay and provide reasonable information to support investigation, mitigation, and required notices.
- Upon termination, SkillBite will delete or return customer personal data within a reasonable period unless retention is required for law, security, backup integrity, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.
